Our agarwood oils are applied with a glass wand or dropper and may come into contact with the skin.
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been sold.
Agarwood Incense
Our agarwood incense is a high-value natural product. Its aroma evolves over time and readily absorbs moisture or odors once unsealed, making it impossible to guarantee its purity and consistency after return.
In addition, the appearance of incense sticks makes it difficult to verify whether a returned product is unused.
For quality, hygiene, and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been sold.
